After each post there are several hyperlinks, one of which is a number followed by the word "comments" (eg, 0 comments). Click on this and fill in the prompts, add you comments, and then click on Post Comment. You should then be asked to enter a verification code by transcribing characters (supplied by the program) -- this is an anti-spamming device. I look forward to receiving your emails of comments.
